Why We Give

As followers of Jesus, we give in response to God’s grace, not out of obligation but as an act of worship. Scripture says, “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver” (2 Corinthians 9:7). Grace-giving is generous, willing, and motivated by love (2 Corinthians 8:2–8). At Benton Bible, giving is a way to participate in God’s work through the church. We don’t pass a plate or pressure anyone; instead, we teach biblical generosity and trust God to guide each heart. As we give faithfully and joyfully, lives are changed, needs are met, and the love of Christ reaches our community and beyond. Thank you for partnering with us in what God is doing at Benton Bible.

  • Supporting the Work of the Church

    Your giving helps support the preaching of God’s Word, the care of His flock, and the ongoing ministry of Benton Bible Church. Through faithful giving, we are able to gather for worship, teach the Bible, disciple families, serve children, encourage believers, and continue the work God has entrusted to our church.

  • Giving Beyond Our Walls

    We believe God blesses His church so that we can be a blessing to others. That is why 10% of all donations are given away through our Benevolence and Missions Fund. Through this fund, Benton Bible Church has helped families in need and supported pro-life ministries, Christian camps, an orphanage, Children’s Hunger Fund, Bible distribution, and missionaries serving in places like China, Romania, Costa Rica, Africa, and Ukraine.

  • Providing a Place to Gather and Grow

    Your giving also helps provide and maintain a welcoming place where the church can gather for worship, prayer, Bible teaching, fellowship, and ministry. We are thankful for a space where people can hear the gospel, grow in their love for God, His Word, and His body, and be equipped to follow Christ faithfully.
